Sunday Roast is a comprehensive tender management platform that connects to European eProcurement systems to automatically sync public tender opportunities. Our platform provides AI-powered analysis, proposal generation, and organizational scoring to help businesses identify and respond to relevant procurement opportunities.

Our services include tender discovery and filtering, AI-powered tender analysis and matching, automated proposal outline generation, document management and version control, organization scoring and requirement checking, voice agent integration for proposal interviews, real-time notifications and deadline tracking, and collaboration tools for team-based proposal development.

We integrate with third-party services including OpenAI for AI analysis and generation, cloud storage providers for document management, and email services for notifications. All integrations are designed to enhance your tender management experience while maintaining data security and privacy.

To access Sunday Roast's full features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Organizations can invite team members and manage access permissions through our member management system. Account administrators have the ability to control feature access, manage billing, and configure organizational settings including tender preferences and AI generation parameters.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Organizations using our service must be legally authorized to enter into contracts and conduct business in their jurisdiction. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may use Sunday Roast only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Our AI-generated content is designed to assist with proposal development but should not be considered legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated content before use in actual tender submissions. You must ensure compliance with all applicable procurement regulations and tender requirements.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users' access to the service, or use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform. Automated data extraction or scraping is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Sunday Roast uses artificial intelligence to analyze tender documents, generate proposal outlines, and provide organizational scoring. Our AI services are powered by third-party providers including OpenAI, and the quality of output depends on the input data and current AI model capabilities.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inconsistencies. You acknowledge that AI outputs are suggestions and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

You retain ownership of content you input into our system and any resulting AI-generated materials. However, you grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services. We implement safeguards to protect your data, but you should not input confidential information that could compromise competitive advantages.

Sunday Roast offers subscription-based pricing with different tiers based on features and usage limits. Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specifically stated in these Terms.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

If payment fails or your account becomes overdue, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with persistent payment issues. Additional usage beyond plan limits may incur overage charges as outlined in your subscription terms.

Sunday Roast and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, algorithms, designs, and documentation. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to our platform. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services. This includes using aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and platform features.

You represent that you have the right to use all content you upload and that such use does not violate any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of content that violates intellectual property rights.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by canceling your account through the platform settings. We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the service ceases immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to download your data, typically 30 days after termination. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Provisions regarding intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination of this agreement. Paid fees are non-refundable upon termination except as required by law.

Sunday Roast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
